We would like to introduce a case where our developed system was implemented at the K Company Employee Stock Ownership Association in the construction industry. The company faced issues such as increased burdens from analog administrative procedures, inefficiencies and errors in distribution tasks, and a management system that was overly reliant on specific individuals.
