A case of transitioning the order dispatch business from paper and Excel to a web system!
We would like to introduce a case where our developed system was implemented at D Kogyo, a waste disposal company. The company was handling order reception, order processing, vehicle dispatch, and payroll summary tasks using paper and Excel, which had become inefficient. Therefore, we proposed a system to eliminate double entry and streamline data flow. This achieved improved consistency and reliability, as well as a shift towards a paperless environment.
