[Association Secretariat] Member Management System Procurement, Development, Implementation, and Operational Support

A case where support was provided from the request for system development to development, implementation, and the start of operation!

We would like to introduce a case where our developed system was implemented at the N Association, a public interest incorporated association. This organization aimed to enable the use of information systems at its nationwide locations and improve member services. In response, we supported the creation of the RFP, vendor selection, project management, and the development of operation manuals, proposing the introduction of a new system. Although it was a large-scale renovation, it resulted in a system that met their satisfaction. 【Challenges】 ■ We want to enable the use of information systems at nationwide locations. ■ We want to simplify the management of information infrastructure equipment along with the review of the information system. ■ We are unable to create an RFP (Request for Proposal) for procuring an information system. ■ We do not know the criteria for selecting a vendor. ■ We are concerned about being at the mercy of the vendor since there is no one knowledgeable in IT during development. ■ We are anxious about whether the implementation and operation will proceed smoothly. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
