Here is an example of the "EPDM white packing" used in large flange parts of food and beverage machinery. We performed circular machining with a diameter of φ600 on a rubber material with a thickness of 10mm. Thick rubber tends to have distorted cross-sections (tapering) when processed with standard cutting methods, but our water jet cutting technology achieves vertical and beautiful cutting surfaces.
