[Case Study] Mitsushima Town Fisheries Cooperative "Fisheries Cooperative System" Implementation Case
Fisheries Cooperative Economic Support System "FCAP"
Building a system that anticipates labor shortages by proactively incorporating necessary features.
Response to the future labor shortage and system updates for stable ongoing operations The Mitsushima Town Fisheries Cooperative was established in 1998 through the merger of four fisheries cooperatives in the surrounding area of Mitsushima Town, Tsushima City, Nagasaki Prefecture. Since then, it has added one more cooperative, and currently has a main office and branches in five cities and towns. Since its inception, it has continuously used the "Fisheries Cooperative Economic System" for 20 years, and this marks the fourth system update. <Effects of Implementation> ■ Stable operations through continuous support A system designed for long-term operation has enabled a continuous and detailed support system. ■ Efficiency through data linkage An increase in devices capable of data linkage has automated processes that previously required manual input into the system. ■ Addressing future labor shortages In anticipation of the expected shortage of staff in the future, efforts have been made to promote the automation of input tasks. *For more details, please download the materials!
