This product is effective for thin panel doors and larger lightweight doors!
"Long Hinges (made of iron or stainless steel)" are hinges that can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 4mm. Since the hinge part extends in a straight line, it supports the load along a line rather than at a point. This makes it easier to suppress warping and twisting of the entire door compared to using just a few short hinges. They can be made up to 3 meters in length, and surface treatment is also available. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 - Supports the entire door evenly, reducing the burden per screw and making it less likely to wobble. - Easier to suppress warping and twisting, even for thin or tall doors. - Allows for smoother opening and closing, making it easier to reduce rattling and unusual noises. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Company information
Kitamura Ironworks Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer engaged in the development of various types of hinges. Our company not only mass-produces commercially available hinges (5,000 to 10,000 pieces per day) but also manufactures a large number of custom-made (original order) hinges based on individual orders. Our expertise spans a wide range of fields, and we have a manufacturing track record of several hundred examples. Even if the door is only 1 to 2 years old, if the hinges are damaged, the door may tilt, creak, or scrape the floor... Kitamura hinges can solve all these problems!
