When pressure is applied, the surfaces come into close contact, leading to blocking. ■Truth The paint film becomes completely stable only after the material temperature drops below 40 degrees. Thick die-cast parts maintain an internal temperature above 60 degrees even when the surface cools. In summer, the room temperature is high, and the natural cooling time takes twice as long as expected. ■Improvement Measures Confirm that the material temperature is below 40 degrees before proceeding to packaging. It is also effective to manage the film thickness not at the upper limit but closer to the target value. Please utilize the management materials for cooling time and loading conditions.
