Just a 10-minute increase in dwell time in the oven can result in noticeable color differences. If the film thickness changes by 10 microns, the visibility due to substrate transparency will also change. ■Improvement Measures Standardize the mixing time before use in minutes and keep a record. Manage the curing process including the dwell time in the oven, and verify color samples against the actual product for each batch.
