The DIP pallet cleaning agent, the Paleclean series, is a specialized cleaning agent that demonstrates high solubility against stubborn flux and resin stains. The Pareclin series has significantly higher cleaning power than IPA, allowing for a reduction in cleaning time. Additionally, there is no need to scrub after soaking in the cleaning agent, which also leads to a reduction in the burden on workers and labor costs.
Parts with burnt flux in the reflow oven can be removed in just 15 minutes using a combination of Paraclean and a pallet cleaner (shower-type cleaning machine).
Flux adhered to the opening of the flow palette can be cleaned within about one minute if it is light. (When cleaned with a shower-type cleaning machine palette cleaner.)
