However, in typical cleaning systems, the rinse solution gradually becomes contaminated due to continuous production, which can lead to whitening, marks, and fine residue defects after drying. The micro-cleaner continuously distills and regenerates the final rinse solution within the device, maintaining a cleanliness level equivalent to that of fresh solution. This suppresses quality fluctuations due to rinse solution management and reduces the risk of drying stains and residue defects. It contributes to achieving stable cleaning quality required in the manufacturing of electronic components and high-reliability circuit boards.
