MAJOR FLOW is a business support system that allows the use of expense reimbursement/payment requests and workflows in a single environment. In expense reimbursement, it supports not only the settlement of reimbursed expenses but also payment requests for invoices, transfer slips, and advance payment applications/settlements. It also assists with input tasks during application, such as integration with transportation IC cards and corporate cards, reading of receipts through AI-OCR, and automatic calculation of per diem/accommodation expenses. Moreover, by combining expense reimbursement and workflows, it is possible to consolidate the application/approval entry into one. Compared to using separate systems for expense reimbursement and workflows, employees do not need to differentiate between application destinations, making it easier for administrators to manage application/approval statuses collectively. After approval, it generates journal entry data and FB data, allowing integration with accounting systems. It broadly supports management tasks after expense reimbursement, including searching/aggregating application data and outputting to CSV/Excel. Additionally, MAJOR FLOW includes attendance management, providing extensive support for back-office operations.
