Introducing a case study of a cloud-based dispatch system that continues to evolve, achieving efficiency and a clean workplace!
We would like to introduce the case of Fresh Delica Network Co., Ltd., which has implemented the digital dispatch board system "Tradiss." Previously, they operated in an analog manner by printing dispatch plans created in Excel, photographing them with a smartphone, and sending them to each driver via LINE. However, with business expansion, they set "eliminating paper" as their top priority and began reforming on-site operations. They created dispatch plans using a web browser, achieving a paperless environment. They can now check dispatch statuses from anywhere, significantly improving operational efficiency. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - Paperless progress hindered by Excel-based dispatch plan creation - Complicated procedures of "printing, photographing, and sending via LINE" created a heavy burden on communication tasks ■ Implementation Results - Eliminated paper printing tasks, achieving smooth paperless operations - Installation of large touch monitors allows drivers to easily check the latest plans on-site - Utilized email notification features to enhance the reliability and speed of schedule sharing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
