Achieving a beautiful seamless branch HE11 integrated packing through water jet processing!
We would like to introduce a processing example of "storage tanks and gaskets for heat exchangers" used in hot water lines for buildings and factories, as well as district heating systems. It features a special partition (branch HE11 shape) integrated with an outer ring, designed to fit the internal partition walls of heat exchangers with multiple passes (multiple back-and-forth flow paths). The material selected is TOMBO No. 1120, which has excellent flexibility and high heat and steam resistance.
