"Heat Dissipation Insulating Electrodeposition Coating" is a coating technology that provides heat dissipation effects equivalent to or greater than standard anodizing, with an emissivity of 0.87 or higher. By converting thermal energy into far-infrared energy and releasing it into the atmosphere, a heat dissipation effect of over 20% can be expected. It combines heat dissipation with high insulation properties (withstanding voltage of 1 kV per 10 μm thickness), allowing for cost reductions by substituting traditional insulating materials such as thermal conductive sheets and plastic components. It offers excellent film thickness uniformity and can achieve insulation with a thin film, making it applicable to metals other than aluminum, as well as composite materials like copper and aluminum.
