A lamp-type UV light source that achieves both high intensity of 4,000 mW/cm² and low power consumption.
The EXECURE 4000-D is a lamp-type UV light source equipped with a 200 W mercury-xenon lamp. Despite its low power consumption of 250 W (260 VA), it achieves an initial peak intensity of 4,000 mW/cm² without a lens. It uses long-lasting lamps with minimal light intensity reduction, enabling stable UV irradiation. It can emit light at multiple wavelengths, peaking at 365 nm, and can be used for a wide range of applications, including the curing of UV adhesives, as well as the fixing and sealing of optical fibers and optical components. Additionally, a variety of light guides such as multi-branch, line, and ring types can be selected according to the application, and it can be configured for either vertical or horizontal placement to match the device layout.
