Selection of job media for the manufacturing industry: Choosing based on the desired talent in reverse.

Comparison of factory job recruitment sites that choose candidates based on desired talent rather than media names, addressing both vacancies in design positions and labor shortages on the production line.

When it comes to urgent hiring needs, such as filling vacancies in design positions or addressing labor shortages on manufacturing lines, it can be challenging to decide which media to choose. In manufacturing recruitment, there are various options, including job search engines, general sites, and specialized sites, which can lead to ambiguous selection criteria. If you choose based solely on general recognition, it may result in a lack of applications and increased hiring costs. The key to addressing this issue is to select based on the profile of the person you want to hire, rather than the name of the media. By differentiating job postings by occupation and combining it with an applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficient applicant management, you can establish a system that effectively reaches the desired talent while minimizing unnecessary advertising costs.
