We would like to introduce a case study of "Work Style Reform Consulting" that achieved a reduction of approximately 1,690 hours in working time and about 4.7 million yen in labor costs. The challenge was the labor involved in aggregating data due to the use of paper for daily reports and inspection forms. After implementation, we eliminated paper operations and switched to tablet input, reviewed workflows, created a database, and built a portal site, which reduced the effort required for aggregation and achieved improvements in productivity and standardization.
