Supports the preparation and corner escape processing of Hastelloy. We accept complex shapes and additional processing on supplied materials using dedicated electrodes for shape engraving electrical discharge machining.
Hanshin Seiko offers shape machining and electrical discharge machining for Hastelloy X and Hastelloy XR. Using dedicated copper electrodes, we process beveled shapes and corner reliefs or notches on the inner corners. Please consult us for areas where cutting tools are difficult to access or for additional machining on existing parts. We will confirm the material, shape, required tolerances, and machining depth, and consider the electrode shape, discharge gap, positioning references, and protection of existing surfaces in our machining methods. We accommodate single items, prototypes, and small lots. Based in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, we accept requests from across the country through material and parts delivery.
