The TR-100 is an appearance inspection system that captures surfaces using its unique 3D imaging technology "FORESIGHT STEREO" and determines quality using the AI anomaly detection engine "E3 ENGINE." It is designed for processes where workpieces are placed for inspection. From a single imaging, it provides four outputs: a standard image (Live), brightness of the material excluding shading (2D Texture), a shape that only restores the undulations (3D Surface), and the orientation of the surface independent of lighting (Surface Normal). It is suitable for inspecting fine irregularities on glossy or low-contrast surfaces by capturing shapes while eliminating the influence of color. The judgment is based solely on learning from good products, returning values of OK / Human_Check / NG. It can be selected according to scale, from a desktop setup to integration with PLCs, robots, and conveyors in a Premier configuration. Certified as a Kanagawa Nadeshiko Brand 2024.
