It is equipped with a patented auto-mismatch recovery feature, allowing for the processing of multiple personalized contents with minimal manual intervention, achieving the best net output and security for the most demanding jobs. Thanks to its fully modular design, it can share feeders with the BB700 S2 standard and non-standard envelope inserting system (16K). The newly added BB820+ can handle not only standard processing but also non-standard envelopes. It optimizes product control and processes non-standard envelopes at high speed, handling up to 16,000 products per hour and envelopes with a thickness of up to 15mm without compromising performance.
