  【Two-layer structure】Chromium carbide-based alloy is automatically overlay welded onto the base material of general steel. The overlay layer provides wear resistance, while the base material ensures toughness and workability.

  The M7C3-type chromium carbide is uniformly distributed in the thickness direction of the overlay layer. The hardness in the thickness direction of S102 (10+10) is stable at approximately 61 to 63 HRC.

• 

  The automatic meat welding line supplies wire and alloy powder to the molten pool, manufacturing by strictly controlling the welding speed, travel speed, and current.

  Roll bending can be performed similarly to general steel plates, and it can be processed into curved liners and other shapes.
