Baking Magazine Stick
Comparison with metal tubes: - Transparency can be ensured, allowing for visual confirmation of the contents. (Inspection of lead bending is also possible.) - Lightweight (one-fourth to one-tenth of metal products) and excellent impact resistance (reducing the risk of damage from drops). - The price per unit is lower compared to metal tubes (however, a mold may be required for initial production). - Can be shipped while still packed in this product (reuse is also possible). Comparison with trays: - Alignment is possible, resulting in higher efficiency when packing into carrier tapes. (Improvement in packing speed.) - The structure of the taping machine can be simplified, allowing for cost reduction during capital investment.

basic information
- Utilizing the heat resistance of PC (polycarbonate) (MAX 120°C), it is possible to perform the baking process, which was traditionally done with metal tubes, using transparent resin sticks. - For static electricity prevention, a special coating agent is used, which, unlike conventional surfactant-based solutions, ensures heat resistance and a stable surface resistance value (level of 1×10^8). Products with even enhanced functionality are currently under development.
