By using the DHSR system, high concentrations of dioxins can be reduced to below environmental standards.
Each coagulant exhibits high removal performance and coagulation performance, allowing the treated water to meet the water quality environmental standards of the Dioxin Special Measures Law and the wastewater environmental standards related to harmful substances (seven heavy metal items). The treated water becomes remarkably clear.

basic information
The DHSR system is a system that can remove dioxins and heavy metals from wastewater using dioxin removal coagulant Ultra Separate SDS, heavy metal removal coagulant Ultra Separate S300, and a dioxin removal device, allowing for coagulation treatment and the reuse of the purified treated water as cleaning water, etc.

Applications/Examples of results
In the case of dioxin treatment, the total dioxin concentration of 15,000 pg TEQ/L in the contaminated soil washing wastewater was reduced to 0.93 pg TEQ/L after treatment with the DHSR system, resulting in a dioxin removal rate of 99.993%, which is an excellent outcome. When the concentration of heavy metals is low, the Ultra Separate S-DS alone can meet the environmental standards, but in cases of high heavy metal concentrations or if further purification of the treated water is desired, we recommend using a combination of methods.

Company information
Our company is small, but we have applied for patents for electric dust collectors and sludge solidification treatment devices. Currently, we are providing environmental purification technology consulting based on cutting-edge environmental purification technologies, and we are involved in the development and planning of environmental purification devices. We have also developed and are selling environmental purification products, including the dioxin removal coagulant Ultra Separate SDS, the heavy metal removal coagulant Ultra Separate S300, and the turbidity coagulant Ultra Separate MC, which is effective for a wide range of applications from organic wastewater treatment to the purification of lake water quality. Additionally, we are currently selling a dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device that can convert waste gypsum boards after crushing and separation into recyclable raw materials. We are also developing solidifying agents for soil conditioners, high-moisture sludge, and heavy metal-containing sludge using the semi-hydrated gypsum produced from the dihydrate gypsum semi-hydration device, and we plan to sell these as well. We intend to continue developing products and items based on environmental purification technology in the future.
