Many advantages, such as improved color and aroma, and increased dryness! A roasting machine essential for enhancing flavor.
The "Far Infrared Softening Machine" is a device that softens hard foods such as bonito flakes. Since moisture is reduced by about 1%, the drying process after shaving is unnecessary. Thanks to various effects arising from far infrared heating characteristics, high-quality shaved bonito with rich color, luster, aroma, and elasticity can be efficiently produced. Depending on the processing capacity for bonito flakes, we offer a standard lineup of 10 sizes, ranging from a minimum processing amount of 30 kg per hour to a maximum of 400 kg. 【Features】 ■ Quality assurance with far infrared ■ Energy saving with reduced cooking time ■ Conveyor system for automation ■ Safe and hygienic *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
