I believe that we have been focused solely on how much joy we can bring to our customers by creating dreams from "dreams" to "existence" with our unique technology and passion. Since our founding in 1950, for 59 years, we have pursued various joys, dreams, added value, and know-how through specialized machines, always asking ourselves, "How much joy can we bring to our customers?" However, in the current harsh environment of shifting production overseas, cost reductions, and shortened lead times, we find ourselves in a situation where our traditional manufacturing mindset and approaches are no longer sufficient to satisfy our customers. To overcome this challenging situation, we aim to respond to the demands of the new era (diversification, sophistication, low cost) by adopting a management perspective of FMEA and a manufacturing perspective of FMA, while also striving to enhance our unique technological capabilities through challenges in new technologies. We aspire to become a proposal-based equipment manufacturer that shifts from market-in (from customers to manufacturers) to market-out (from manufacturers to customers), and we want to pursue our fundamental management policy of "how much joy we can bring to our customers" together with our employees.
