We repeatedly evaluate reliability and durability through rapid temperature changes between high and low temperatures.
This service conducts heat shock tests (thermal shock tests) to evaluate and confirm the reliability and durability of test samples by subjecting various materials and products to rapid temperature changes due to high and low temperatures within a test chamber. We can flexibly accommodate various testing conditions and requests, such as applying voltage to test samples, measuring temperature profiles within the test chamber, and evaluating samples based on specified cycle counts. The testing temperature range is from -70°C to 200°C, and we have a test chamber with maximum dimensions of W700×H500×D600mm (200L), allowing us to handle large test samples as well.
