The "VDF type" is a vibrating continuous fluidized bed dryer and cooler where the entire drying section performs vertical linear vibrations. Due to the effect of vibration, the fluidization air velocity can be minimized, allowing for the selection of optimal air volume. It enables the transport of non-fluidized coarse particles, preventing quality degradation due to retention. With the assistance of vibration, a dense and gentle fluidized bed is formed, preventing particle breakage and wear.
