The Funny eKCB series is a compact electric furnace designed for safety and ease of use. The furnace walls are insulated with four layers of high-quality insulating bricks, ceramic fiber, super boards, and silica boards to enhance thermal insulation. The heating element uses the globally reliable Swedish Kantal heater wire, which keeps the load per unit surface area low, ensuring durability and longevity. Additionally, the heater is stored in grooves using a spiral method, making it easy to load and unload products or replace wires. The control of firing temperature is managed by a programmable PID control, allowing for stable heating and maintenance, and making it easy to change programs, so you can freely create your own firing patterns. The upper door can stop at three points, allowing for effective dehumidification and cooling. With the optional reduction burner, authentic reduction atmosphere firing can also be achieved.
