basic information
This is a hybrid filter manufactured by Pureon Japan, used in semiconductor manufacturing gas lines and other applications. By attaching a gasket-type gas filter to the inlet/outlet joint of a precision filtration gas filter, it becomes a hybrid filter that captures large particles of 0.3μm or larger, or 1μm or larger, in the piping. This helps prevent clogging of precision filtration gas filters and mass flow controllers, as well as preventing flow leakage due to seal failures in metal seal valves. ■ The filter media is made of SUS316L. ■ The material of the gasket is either SUS316L or nickel.
