The "Clean Room Specification Nozzle DV Type" is a high-precision all-stainless steel (SUS304) product that achieves high cleanliness through thorough quality control and new manufacturing methods and special polishing processes. Our air nozzles are utilized by many users for dewatering and dust removal tasks in clean rooms after undergoing specified cleaning (electropolishing and pure water washing). The DV type is the latest series of high-precision, high-cleanliness nozzles that minimizes warping and distortion of the nozzle body through new manufacturing methods. Due to its fully disassemblable structure, the nozzle components can be electropolished and treated for non-conductivity in an ideal manner. Additionally, through repeated ultrasonic cleaning with pure water and running water washing, we have achieved an astonishing level of cleanliness that surpasses conventional products (with proven use in Class 10 environments). Each part of the nozzle undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection before final assembly and slit adjustment work is performed in a clean room.
