By combining a wedge-type high-voltage power supply with original processing technology, the processing time has been dramatically reduced.
What is an electret? - A substance that permanently retains electric polarization is called an electret. - This device can easily create an electret by passing a highly electrically insulating polymer material through it. Usage examples: - Polymer materials, silicon wafers, new materials for development, special films, non-woven fabrics, etc. Typical products and substrates that have been electretized: - Electret filters, electret condenser microphones, piezoelectric element sensors, masks, electrostatic dust collectors, electret power generation, etc. For more details, please contact Wedge Co., Ltd. basic information
【Type】 ●Sheet substrate type [Roll transport thermal electret processing device] This is a production processing device with roll transport. The standard model is a [thermal electret processing device] equipped with heating and cooling processing functions. [Processing capacity] Width (substrate width) 2800 mm, processing speed up to 100 m/min. ●Sheet type [A4 size thermal electret processing device] This is a sheet-type processing device. The high-voltage electrode is movable, while the ground electrode is a hot plate type. By placing the substrate on the ground electrode in advance and setting the applied voltage, applied time, heating temperature, etc., stable electret processing can be performed simply by starting the device. ■Features - The high-voltage power supply for the wedge is designed to minimize energy during sparking. - There is almost no damage to the substrate or electrode needles due to sparking. ● For more details, please contact Wedge Corporation, Electrical Division, Sales Representative: Tanaka.
