A typical deposition metal is aluminum, which is deposited on the surfaces of glass substrates or plastic molded products, and further coated with oxide films such as SiO2 or TiO2 using electron beam deposition, to be used as high-reflective mirrors like reflectors. [2] Electron Beam Vapor Deposition The most representative example of electron beam vapor deposition is optical coating.
