A stepping driver equipped with a special circuit that maximally suppresses the unique low-speed vibrations of stepping motors achieves ultra-smooth operation even during full-step driving. Due to its integrated three-axis design (a two-axis integrated version is also available), it can be installed in spaces that were previously impossible. It demonstrates exceptional power, especially in three-axis drive systems such as X, Y, and Z axes. Its applications are diverse, including inspection devices focused on low speeds, semiconductor control devices, robotic arms, medical equipment, and printers.
