A: Our coating has a Vickers hardness of 500 Hv immediately after plating. Furthermore, by applying heat treatment, it is possible to increase the hardness up to a maximum of 900 Hv. However, please consult us in advance as changing the hardness will alter the magnetic properties of the coating. *We also accept prototypes, so please feel free to consult with us.*
