Linear amplifier DC servo driver VCM (Voice Coil Motor driver)
VCM Series (Voice Coil Motor Driver)
High-speed response achievable with the adoption of current feedback control loop.
- The power control adopts a linear amplifier method. - There is no generation of switching noise. - It responds linearly even to minute feed. - The current control section has very fast response because it does not use sampling control.

basic information
This is a driver developed for voice coil motor drive that performs analog positioning and current control (torque control). It adopts a linear amplifier method for power control, achieving noise-free operation, high-speed response, and linear torque control. To achieve ultra-precise positioning at the nanometer level, linear characteristics in torque control (current control) are necessary, and the VCM series incorporates a current feedback control loop, allowing for high-speed response. The frequency characteristics of the linear amplifier are DC to 20 kHz under resistive load conditions.

Applications/Examples of results
Voice coil motor (VCM), DC motor, and others. In particular, it is optimal for ultra-precision machines that use high-resolution linear scales in the nanometer range for positioning linear motors and torque control.
Company information
1. Positioning in nanometer units and ultra-precise speed control (PLL) using linear motors. 2. Development of a (real-time) encoder multiplier for achieving ultra-precise control, and a high-speed response servo driver supported by a linear amplifier. 3. Circuit design (including software) and PCB pattern design (CAD) are handled in-house, allowing for short delivery times even for OEM specifications.
