This power supply unit has various functions required for research equipment power supplies. This configuration consists of five types (a total of 25 boards) of module substrates: high-stability high-voltage power supply, high-voltage high-speed switch, power supply with current control function, power supply with temperature control function, and high-voltage insulated power supply, along with a base substrate that performs control processing. It allows for operations such as turning the power supply modules ON/OFF and setting voltage and current via serial communication from external devices, as well as monitoring. Additionally, in the event of a power supply module failure or if you want to replace it with a power supply module with a different output configuration, it is designed for easy replacement of the substrate (power supply module). Furthermore, the control of the power supply with temperature control function and the power supply with current control function is performed through feedback control using digital calculations, allowing for the setting of gain and time constants according to the application.
