The RoHS Directive is a European law concerning the regulation of chemical substances in electrical and electronic equipment. It specifies a wide range of substances, from inorganic to organic materials, as regulated items and establishes respective threshold values for each. When domestic companies export products related to electrical and electronic equipment to Europe and other regions, they must demonstrate that the content of all these items is below the threshold values.
