Changed the outer frame fixing screws of the opening door series.
Traditionally, the screws for fixing the outer frame of hinged doors have been flat-head tapping screws. However, as it has become mainstream to use aluminum cap channels for the substrate of panel openings, we have received feedback that tapping screws, which require a pilot hole, are inconvenient. Therefore, we have decided to change the standard accessory screws for fixing the outer frame of the products listed below to flat-head drill screws. The traditional flat-head tapping screws will still be available. If you prefer those, please inform our sales representative at the time of your order. In the Sanwaise slide door series, the decorative material on the back side of the opening frame used to be flat bar, but particularly with 50mm panels, the decorative material would protrude, resulting in poor appearance and construction difficulties. Therefore, we decided to use an unequal angle and make the flange part of the opening frame the same length and surface treatment as the opening frame, which allows for easier installation and a better appearance for both 40mm and 50mm panels. The "Blend Door" series, which challenges the new possibilities of equipment doors by combining different functional doors, will be adding two new products. The "Detachable Plus Door DTV40," which features a removable transom panel at the top of the swinging door, and the "Detachable Plus Door DTH40," which has a swinging door at the end of a removable machine hatch. The DTV40 allows for increased opening height by removing the transom panel as needed, while the DTH40 features a structure that makes it easy to pass through by converting one detachable panel into a swinging door. Both products will be additional items in the "Blend Door Series," which blends different functions together, alongside the already released sliding door plus door "SPD40." We appreciate your continued support for the increasingly enriched "Blend Door" series. The two types of detachable plus doors will be available starting October 9, 2012. This product is unique to Sanwaise, which specializes in the development and manufacturing of factory fixtures. Reason for development: Factory fixtures have various requirements depending on the industry and scale of the company. Lightweight even though it's made of steel! Lightweight steel sliding door.
Although made of steel, it is very lightweight. We are launching a new lightweight steel sliding door. The "SSST-N40" features an all-steel visible portion, while the door surface material is made of thin steel plates ranging from 0.4mm to 0.8mm. The interior of the door utilizes an aluminum frame along with honeycomb material and styrene foam to achieve weight reduction, enabling easier opening and closing compared to standard steel doors. The sliding mechanism is available in three types: manual, self-closing, and automatic, with the guide block stored inside and a rubber seal enhancing airtightness at the opening. We also offer a variety of options, including various FIX windows, grilles, and sanitary covers (sloped covers). We can accommodate custom orders with baked paint finishes in specified colors, creating doors tailored to your needs and purposes in 1mm increments. *Note: The guide block is located at two points (one set) at the door's leading and trailing edges.
