An advertisement for the NMR Pipe Protector has been published in the "Mansion Management Newspaper."

On March 25, 2026, an advertisement for the NMR Pipe Protector was published in "Mansion Management Newspaper (Issue No. 1331)." This issue highlights the excellent performance and proven data of the NMR Pipe Protector, focusing on the following points: Proven Results: Over 99% of the 4,400 buildings that have implemented the Pipe Protector have confirmed its effectiveness in suppressing red rust. Benefits of Implementation: A detailed explanation of specific advantages such as cost reduction and extended lifespan of piping due to installation. Latest Case Studies: Two successful examples from a 50-year-old condominium in Sapporo and a condominium in Kitakyushu that has been tracked for 19 years after implementation. For more details, please visit our official website below. https://www.jspkk.co.jp/jp/media/paper/20260325_mankan.html

Extend the lifespan of hotel and inn air conditioning piping affected by red rust deterioration for over 30 years at one-tenth the cost of piping replacement.

Verification of NMR Pipe Protector Effect at Yokohama City Waterworks Bureau Part 1

The Yokohama City Waterworks Bureau conducted a demonstration test to prevent the occurrence of red rust in water supply pipes and to solve the problem of reduced chlorine concentration in water due to red rust. This was verified using the water supply pipe in the bathroom of Room 102, which was vacant, in the Tsuzumi water reservoir's attached public housing that was 20 years old at the time. The piping materials used were polyethylene-lined steel pipes for shared areas and resin pipes for exclusive areas, where red rust occurred at the pipe joint. The iron concentration in the stagnant water at the bathtub water supply faucet before installation was 0.27 mg/l, and the residual chlorine at that time was 0.11 ppm. Additionally, during the two weeks prior to installation (with water flowing for 3 hours a day), the amount of red rust adhered to the faucet filter was 13 mg/l, indicating significant corrosion of red rust at the pipe joint. After installing the NMR pipe protector on the entire water supply inlet pipe (50A) of the Tsuzumi public housing, the iron concentration in the stagnant water at the bathtub water supply faucet decreased to 0.15 mg/l after one week, while the residual chlorine increased to 0.56 ppm, five times higher than before installation. The NMR pipe protector completely halted the deterioration of red rust, proving that the surface of the existing red rust transformed into passive black rust and that the reduction of chlorine ceased. *You can download the materials for free. *Please feel free to contact us first.

Old piping is likely to suddenly cause multiple leaks even with a small earthquake. Large-scale replacement work for the piping can lead to significant damage... What measures can be taken now?
