Notice of Price Revision for Wi-Fi 6 Compatible Wireless LAN Access Points
Allied Telesis, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa, Tokyo; Chairman: Sachie Oshima) will implement a standard price revision for all five Wi-Fi 6 compatible wireless access point products starting April 1, 2023 (Saturday). The "Bulk Preparation! Wi-Fi Immediate Delivery Campaign," which has been well received, will conclude as scheduled on March 31 (Friday) for the Wi-Fi 6 compatible wireless LAN access points that are part of the campaign. To continue supporting our customers, Allied Telesis will revise the standard prices of all five Wi-Fi 6 compatible wireless LAN access point products (including bundled products) to more affordable prices. *For details, please refer to the PDF document or related links.

To respond to the voices of guests who want to manage lift tickets more conveniently, not just at ski resorts, Axess has developed the new AX500 Smart Gate NG BLE, which allows hands-free passage using lift tickets stored on smartphones via Bluetooth. This enables a contactless experience from purchasing lift tickets to riding the lifts, allowing visitors to enjoy skiing safely. The use of the new contactless system is quite simple. Guests can purchase lift tickets online from anywhere they like and save them in a smartphone app. Then, at the ski resort, they can pass through the gate with their smartphone still in their clothing. The lift ticket automatically connects to the gate via Bluetooth for validation, eliminating the need to take the smartphone out of their clothing or remove gloves to present it, allowing for contactless access to the lifts. There’s no need to wait in line at the lift ticket counter or worry about social distancing. The AX500 Smart Gate NG BLE promises a more convenient and safer future and will be tested in six ski areas across Europe in line with the 2020-21 season.
