What is important in resin molding is to keep the mold temperature constant. However, since the cooling circuit of the mold is prone to rust, regular maintenance of the internal circuit is necessary to control the mold temperature. If rust is left on the mold, it can lead to metal corrosion, causing cracks or damage to mold components, or even issues like water leaks. Of course, this also adversely affects the molded products, and if the mold temperature control is not effective, defects such as shrinkage and deformation are likely to occur. The solution to these challenges is the "Aratta-kun," a device that allows for easy and hassle-free cleaning of the mold's cooling circuit.
