The long-awaited millimeter-wave CT scanner VisibleSense "Evaluation Demo Device" has been officially released. It is now possible to evaluate density variations within products that were previously invisible! By measuring density distribution, we can achieve stable production of high-quality products! This device irradiates millimeter waves onto the target object and visualizes the density distribution by analyzing the reflected waves using Hakkou Automation's unique signal processing. Since the millimeter waves propagate within the material and their wavelength changes according to the dielectric constant, differences in dielectric constants manifest as differences in arrival times. However, in the case of the same material, the dielectric constant remains constant, so the difference in arrival times corresponds to differences in density.
