This seminar will systematically explain the basics of IC device configuration, separation phenomena within the column, and the role of detectors, as well as the considerations for column selection and elution conditions in separation method design. We will also welcome Mr. Shiraishi from DNP Science Analysis Center, who will introduce specific points for utilizing IC-MS through real examples, including cases of separation and identification of amines in complex samples and approaches to cases that are difficult to address with IC alone.
