Professor Hiroki Saito from the Advanced Materials Strength Science Research Center at Tohoku University conducts artificial lightning strike tests aimed at improving the lightning resistance of CFRP, analyzing damage behaviors such as arc discharge, resin decomposition, and interlayer delamination.
