"Sliding windows" and "sliding doors," collectively named "Sliding Madoa," are now on sale.
Sliding windows and doors that move up and down have long been in demand as opening components for conveyors in food factories and similar applications, and we have responded by designing them as needed each time. Now, we are launching these "up-and-down windows" and "up-and-down doors" as a smarter and more user-friendly product, named "Up-and-Down Madoa." We offer two types: the "Panel Type," which features movable shoji panels made of insulated sandwich panels, and the "Kamachi Type," which allows for transparent surfaces that can be made into see-through windows or full grilles. Both types can be custom-made to dimensions, with the capability of producing large openings up to the size of a tatami mat. The operation of the shoji panels is very light, allowing even a large panel the size of a tatami mat to be opened and closed with one hand by a woman. Additionally, by incorporating a balancer, the panels can be held at any desired height without complicated operations. The product will be available starting February 17, 2014.

The currently available aluminum grille "GA" is designed to be installed by sandwiching the main body and the auxiliary body, each with a flange, against walls or doors of specified thickness. While this makes installation easy for specific wall or door thicknesses, it has been difficult to install on walls or doors of other thicknesses. Additionally, when options such as non-woven fabric filters or insect screens are needed, optional parts have been shipped as kits, leading to challenges in on-site installation. Therefore, we have prepared a convenient aluminum grille that can solve these issues. The aluminum grille (single flange type) "GAS" differs from conventional aluminum grilles in that, as the name suggests, it has a flange on only one side, making it easy to fit into an opening from one side. As long as the opening is available, it can be easily installed regardless of thickness. Optional removable non-woven fabric filters (released simultaneously) and stainless steel insect screens (coming soon) are also available and can be pre-assembled into the grille set for shipment. The side with the flange can be chosen between the grille side and the option side, and an optional decorative angle is available for the opposite side of the flange. The opening rates are 30% (GAS-2 type) and 50% (GAS-3 type).

A new option for insulated glass, "Breathable Insulated Glass ~Breast Pair~," is now available!
What is a Brest Pair? It is a "breathing" double-glazed glass that connects the hollow layer (the layer of dry air between the glass panes) with the outside air, adjusting the air pressure inside the hollow layer and the outside air. The "Brest Pair" adjusts the air pressure inside the hollow layer and the outside air by attaching "Swiss Spacer Air" to the resin spacer of the double-glazed glass, preventing potential glass breakage caused by the expansion of the hollow layer and reducing distortion of reflected images. Additionally, the hollow layer repeatedly expands and contracts due to temperature changes around the double-glazed glass (day-night temperature differences and indoor-outdoor temperature differences), which may lead to the deterioration of the sealing material. The "Brest Pair" suppresses expansion and contraction due to temperature changes, maintaining the functionality and quality of the double-glazed glass over the long term. Although made of steel, it is very lightweight. We are launching a new lightweight steel sliding door. The "SSST-N40" features an all-steel visible portion, while the door surface material is made of thin steel plates ranging from 0.4mm to 0.8mm. The interior of the door utilizes an aluminum frame along with honeycomb material and styrene foam to achieve weight reduction, enabling easier opening and closing compared to standard steel doors. The sliding mechanism is available in three types: manual, self-closing, and automatic, with the guide block stored inside and a rubber seal enhancing airtightness at the opening. We also offer a variety of options, including various FIX windows, grilles, and sanitary covers (sloped covers). We can accommodate custom orders with baked paint finishes in specified colors, creating doors tailored to your needs and purposes in 1mm increments. *Note: The guide block is located at two points (one set) at the door's leading and trailing edges.
