RECYCLOBYK 4370 is effective in improving processing stability and long-term thermal stability. RECYCLOBYK 4371 not only improves processing stability and long-term thermal stability but also has a compatibility effect for different polyolefins. RECYCLOBYK 4372 not only improves light stability but also enhances processing thermal stability and long-term thermal stability. RECYCLOBYK 4373 improves processing stability and long-term thermal stability, and additionally reduces the adverse effects of impurities such as paint residues. RECYCLOBYK 4374 improves processability and mechanical properties, stabilizing and compatibilizing plastic recyclables from the adverse effects of other polymer impurities like printing inks and incompatible resins. RECYCLOBYK 4375 helps improve processing stability and long-term thermal stability, and neutralizes acids that may be mixed into the polymer. RECYCLOBYK 4376 stabilizes recycled materials from PET and condensation-type polymers by improving melt tension, re-stabilizing mechanical properties, and protecting against adverse effects from hydrolysis.

Functional additives for thermoplastic resins - BYK-MAX series

Additives for imparting functions such as thermal stability, weather resistance, scratch resistance, VOC/odor reduction, crystallization promotion, and static prevention.

For example, BYK-MAX LS 4125 provides excellent weather resistance for thick PP and PE molded products, as well as for relatively large surface area products such as films, fibers, and tapes. The stabilizer formulation containing high concentrations of HALS not only suppresses the photodegradation of the material but also acts as a radical scavenger, peroxide decomposer, and reaction inhibitor. BYK-MAX LS 4125 protects against UV rays for an extended period. BYK-MAX LS 4125 generates no dust and is safe and easy to handle. Ultrafine PTFE-modified polyethylene wax additive CERAFLOUR 999

The new CERAFLOUR 999 is a wax with a very fine and uniform particle distribution. This additive is not simply a mixture of soft polyethylene and relatively hard PTFE, but is co-milled using BYK's novel manufacturing process. The resulting wax additive improves the scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of the coating film while also achieving a smooth surface. Various additional effects can be achieved, such as high gloss and high transparency, a soft touch tactile effect, or a slight matte effect.

BYK powder coating process additives BYK-3950 P, BYK-3951 P, and BYK-3955 P contribute to labor-saving in the paint manufacturing process and are very effective in improving appearance (haze, gloss, leveling) and enhancing degassing properties. Expected effects from the application of process additives: - High concentration of pigments and fillers - Improved appearance (haze, gloss, leveling) - Reduced melt viscosity during curing - Simplification of the extruder process - Enhanced degassing properties For improving degassing properties in primid-based powder coatings, we recommend wax additives CERAFLOUR 960 and CERAFLOUR 964. - CERAFLOUR 964 enhances degassing properties without adversely affecting gloss (non-blooming). It is very suitable for glossy powder coatings and is particularly ideal for dark-colored applications where visible surface defects are likely to occur. Its low melting point also makes it optimal for low-temperature curing systems (LT systems).

Moderately reduce surface tension, increase surface slip properties, and provide improved leveling and anti-splash effects.

"BYK-3558" is a surface additive for high solid and medium solid paints based on silicone and polyether modified acrylate copolymers.
