The automatic analysis using AI calculates quantitative data, and the only necessary equipment is a PC and a web camera. The results obtained output two types of analysis: the "OWAS method evaluation" for the production and manufacturing industry, and the "moment evaluation" which measures load values by body part. ■ The OWAS method evaluation calculates the work posture using AC values and displays the transition of AC values in a graph. It analyzes and displays the degree of harm of the work posture based on the improvement requirement level (AC value) of the "OWAS method" in a four-level evaluation, supporting the improvement of the work environment. It detects harmful postures from momentary tasks that impose very high loads and from the often-overlooked postures of regular operations. ■ The moment evaluation quantifies the load values of each body part and displays them in a graph. Since measurements can be taken by body part, it allows for the confirmation of burdens on one knee due to body tilting, among other things, through a graph that quantifies the loads on ten parts of the body.
