Due to the unevenness caused by hammer strikes, the user decided to adopt the Bro-Disk when updating the hopper. In the hopper for crushed wallpaper (with an agitator installed as a bridge countermeasure), powder was left in the corners that the agitator could not reach. We installed our "Brodisk" to eliminate the residue. Additionally, for another project, we planned without an agitator, which also resolved the issue. We would like to introduce a case where we received an inquiry about difficulties with a bridge made of titanium dioxide (less than 1μm). It was clear that the situation was not improving due to shocks and vibrations, and we were asked to propose suitable models and arrangements using a blow disk. In the case of a Ø1000 hopper, if the flowability is not particularly poor, it is common to install four BD-15 type units. During the introduction, various adjustments to air pressure and air ON time were made to find better conditions. Easily solve unsolvable powder bridge issues! Introduction of Brodisk installation cases.

We would like to introduce a case where a blow disk was installed as a countermeasure for discharge issues occurring in a metal powder hopper. Users utilizing the hopper experienced problems where, over time, the weight of the material would cause it to compact, leading to the formation of rat holes even when discharge was possible. To resolve this issue, we installed three blow disk minis just above the discharge section and three blow disks at the upper and lower center of the hopper cone.
