Aluminum enclosure with width (W) and depth (D) ranging from 50 to 500 mm, and height (H) from 30 to 500 mm, with dimensions specified in 1 mm increments

Square shaped aluminum box with corner support columns and elastomer corner guards. Simple 6 panel structure allows easy assembly and maintenance access. Can be manufactured in a wide range of dimensions. Adjustable sizes available in 1mm intervals, with W and D dimensions from 55 ~ 500mm, and H dimension from 30 ~ 500mm. Elastomer corner guards are impact resistant and function as anti-slip rubber feet. Black (similar to RAL7021) or gray (similar to RAL7043) color can be selected.

Company B was looking for an outsourcing partner for a sorting device for demonstration testing. In our company, during the COVID-19 pandemic when direct meetings were difficult, we prepared a proposal while confirming specifications remotely. Unfortunately, this project was awarded to another company due to cost considerations, but they seemed to like our proposal, which led to us receiving an order for the manufacturing of this power supply box in a separate project. It is a simple device that incorporates a commercially available power supply to drive the CPU board, and we are reducing costs by reusing as many off-the-shelf components as possible. [Challenges] - The power supply should be a commercial product and enclosed in a case. - The color should be black with a matte finish. - Only one unit will be manufactured, but the cost should be minimized. *Many other examples are also available.
