[Design Development Outsourcing/ODM Case] Communication Circuit Board for Interior Chairs

A case where we participated from the prototype development stage and supported all the way to mass production!

We would like to introduce a case where a communication board used in an interior chair was developed. Our customer had no expertise in embedded hardware design and development and wanted to request development from a company that could handle everything from circuit design and board design to implementation in a consistent manner, so they consulted with us. In response, we conducted design work for digital circuits and boards, focusing on noise reduction and miniaturization. Additionally, there was a request to minimize the production costs of the board, so we designed it to allow for single-sided mounting. [Our Proposal/Services] - In addition to board mounting, we designed and manufactured inspection jigs to conduct board inspections. - Due to procurement issues with the BLE module planned for use, we had to use a smaller ROM capacity from the same series, which required compressing the program size, but we were able to fit it within capacity by minimizing the parts used for debugging. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
